First Love Again

Every girl dreams to have a prince charming that will sweep her off her feet, to experience the moment when it seems like the whole world vanish and all you could think of is him. To experience the moment when he asks you to marry him and be his princess.

Well I also dreamed of that life, but I live in the real world where there is no prince charming to sweep my feet. I live in a world full of hardship and pain.

" Miss Murray? Miss Murray??" The teacher screamed snapping me out of my trance. I noticed everyone in the class was staring at me.

"Would you mind telling us the answer to the question on the board?"

"Ummm ten?" He looked at me disappointed and went back to the board before the bell rang.

"Okay everyone don't forget to so you homework from your textbook and Miss Murray can you stay back for some minutes?"

I nodded as everyone exit the class and I went up to his desk. He hands me a paper showing my previous test score. I couldn't believe it I got a C minus.

"Care to explain this?" He asked

"How is this possible, I don't understand?" I scanned the paper again.

"Look Bella I know you're in a lot of pressure right now, but you need to catch up for the next test if you still want that scholarship. If you need any help I'm always here for you okay".

"Thanks Mr watts, I'll do better next time".

I left the class. "This can't be happening I need to study ASAP" I thought in my head.

I got to the cafeteria and looked for my friend Amber to seat next to.

"What's wrong?" Amber asked

"I got a C minus in my test" I sighed

"What happened?"

"I don't know I've just been stressed out lately and I feel like I've not had enough time for my studies".

"Bella I'm your best friend, I told you if you need anything just let me know" she said concerned

Amber and I have been friends since freshman year, the year before my parents died. I never learnt business so my aunt decided to sell the family business to someone else. Since I was the top in my class the school decided to give a scholarship until I graduate high school. Life had been really tough on me.

"Hey where's everyone going?" I asked as the students were rushing out.

"I don't know let's go find out" Amber said and dragged me. We followed the crowd as they surrounded the gate. Amber tapped one of the girls to ask.

"Didn't you hear? Prince Logan Lacosco is coming! Word is he'll be attending our school!" She screamed.

Did she just say Logan? Asin Logan Lacosco that broke his promise? No way!!

"I have to go" I murmured

"What? Aren't you going to see him?"

"Don't worry we'll talk later" I ran out before she could say anything else. I never told her about Logan and I plan to forget the past.

"Bella where have you been?" Amber snapped

"I told you i need to study" I lied

"Liar! What exactly is wrong? I mean Prince Logan was outside being welcomed by everybody and you're here reading? What's the matter?"

Amber knew me too well but I can't tell her about my past with Logan.

"Look Amber just forget it, I'm not a big fan of Mr Prince here". I said and started heading to the principal office.

"Where are you going?" She asked

"The principal's, he requested for my present"

I went to the principal office and knocked on the door.

"Come in" I opened it slowly and entered the room

"Why did you ask for my presence sir?"

"You heard about the prince arrival right, well since you're the only one I can trust in this school that won't go hysterical when you see the prince, I'm requesting that you show him around the school and give him a tour".

I felt like rejecting it and say no but I ended up saying "Yes".

"Good, now I also put him with all your classes so that he would have a guide if he needs anything." She informed.

Wait did she just say every class?? Noooo!!

"I....Uh..I mean..um" I stuttered as a faint knock echoed in the room.

"That must be him" she grinned as she opened the door. "Aah Prince Logan, come in!" She urged as the prince entered the room with a smile in his face. He didn't really change that much. He still had his blue eyes and black hair but he became taller.

"Take a seat". He plopped down on the chair besides me and I looked the other way so that he doesn't see me.

"So welcome to Trendile High. We're glad to have you here attending our school. And here's your schedule and map so that you won't get lost. But Miss Murray here will be giving you a tour around the school." She announced gesturing to me.

Logan studied my face and when it dawned on him who I was his eyes almost popped out.

"Bella?" He whispered.
