Myra's pov. It is said that happiness can confuse us at times. When we are happy, we tend to forget all the terrible possibilities that life can throw our way. Even if we knew when and how something terrible was to happen to us , we would still be reluctant to accept it. Third persons pov. Xavier paced up and down his large office, trying to think of a solution to his missing mate. This had been exactly what he ahd been afraid of. He had known, somehow, that having a mate wasn't the most sane idea ever.
