SORA'S POV:-A few days later, after a long and tiring day at the academy, I stepped out and a wide smile appeared on my face. I found Alex waiting for me on his bike. As soon as I stepped out of the academy, he stood straight, holding a bouquet for me. My cheeks turned pink as I walked toward him. “What is all this?” I asked, keeping my voice extremely low. Though, it was useless since I was surrounded by werewolves.“Hi, to you too. Nice to see you again.” He whispered back, rolling his eyes at me. I couldn't help but giggle at the face Alex just made when he was annoyed. “Sorry!” I apologized and in response, he gently pinched my cheek. “I thought I should visit you, since you can hardly be found at home. You are either studying, doing chores or in the field, training with Loid.” Alex sounded annoyed yet again.“In a few days, you actually learned about my routine. I am impressed, Alex.” He chuckled as he listened to me. “What do you say? Shall we get out of here?” Alex asked me
SORA'S POV:-By the time I went back down, I found Solana standing with mom and feeding her lies. “She didn't complete her chores at all. And she went out.” I wanted to stop her because Alpha Cougar was with mom. He was glaring at me for some reason. So I decided to stay quiet and let Solana humiliate herself in front of the Alpha Cougar. Everyone went to the basement and I followed them. Solana was surprised to see the basement completely empty and clean. “Where is the laundry? Didn't you just say that Sora didn't do her chores?” Alpha Cougar growled at Solana angrily. It was amusing to watch her getting humiliated for once the way she had been humiliating me since I could actually remember.Solana was dumbfounded while she was trying to figure out what she could do. “I swear, she didn't do her chores. You can ask anyone around here. She came in late and went straight to her room. She didn't do anything at all.” My heart started pounding against my rib cage as her suggestions echoed
SORA'S POV:-Mom was glaring at Loid. She could no longer control her anger. After all, Loid had attacked her favorite daughter. She was in her defensive mode, standing in front of Solana. Fuming in anger, my mother growled at Loid “How dare you say…” though, Loid didn't let her complete her sentence.“Uh huh! Save your words. I am not in the mood!” Loid growled at mom and turned to me. “You have five minutes to go and get ready. Not a second more!” He growled at me and I quickly nodded my head. I was about to walk toward the entrance when mom grabbed me by my elbow and stopped me. “She will not leave until the kitchen is clean!” Mom growled at Loid while digging her nails in my flesh.I tried so hard not to cry. I was supposed to be brave like a warrior should be. Tears welled up in my eyes as I tried to free my arm from her hold. “And I just fucking told you to tell Solana to do it because Sora is coming with me on her first patrol. Don't make me call the Alpha to bring you to your
SORA'S POV:-A month passed in a blink. Loid hardly let me stay at home at night. I also hardly got time to see Alex. It was as if Loid was doing it all on purpose. I was not complaining since he was practically saving me from my evil sister and her twisted plans to humiliate me. I couldn't let anything like that ruin my chance to reach my dream.According to Loid, I had been doing a little better every single day. Well, that's all he could actually say about me. Or maybe, he just didn't like complimenting others. After a long tiring day at the academy, I walked out, massaging my shoulders. As always, Loid gave me less training and more punishment to run laps.I just couldn't understand what was the need for me to run around the place looking like a fool every time I made a mistake. Shaking my head, I walked back hum. I had a full day planned inside my head. But when was the last time my life let me have a little peace in my chaotic life. For some reason, my heart was pounding so lou
LOID'S POV:-I could hear her sobbing outside. I could bet Alpha Noah could do the same. She was standing outside. She didn't dare to come on. My heart squeezed at the words that the bastard just spoke about her. Alpha Noah stood up and asked me about the restroom. Since I knew Sora wouldn't want to take him to the restroom after what he did to her, I decided to walk him to the restroom.I saw her standing in front of the kitchen. She was facing the wall and I could hear her sobs. I had never seen her like that before. As if she was broken. It angered me that her twin sister got back at her in such a cruel way. “I thought you would have run away to jump off of the cliff. I guess I think too much from someone like you.” Alpha Noah growled at her and I watched as her full body tensed up.She turned around and my heart squeezed again at the sight. It was the most stunning sight. Her cheeks were tinted pink, her nose was red due to constant crying. Her eyes were bloodshot. Tears were cons
SORA'S POV:- I was dragged by Alpha Cougar toward the full view mirror. He pointed his index finger at my neck. “This mark! Where did you get this mark from? Did you find your mate last night?” Alpha Cougar was growling at me angrily. But I was too busy staring at my neck in horror as I had no idea what actually happened to me that night. I only remembered talking to my wolf. I could hardly understand anything at all. “I have no idea, alpha. I don't know anything about this mark. I saw it just now when you showed it to me.” I replied to Alpha Cougar in a low tone. My heart was beating wildly inside of my rib cage. Alpha Cougar took his hand off of my shoulders and turned me around. He was staring into my eyes as if he was gazing into my soul to check if I was actually lying to him or not. “I don't lie to anyone, alpha. I especially wouldn't lie to you. Please, believe me. I can only remember shifting into my wolf. Nothing else.” I tried to convince Alpha Cougar. I didn't want every
SORA'S POV:- Alex dropped me off at the academy. I made my way straight toward the class. I could no longer waste anymore time. If I was to be banished in the end, I wanted to learn as much as I could from Loid. I needed to learn not just to defend myself, I needed to learn to kill without showing mercy. Being a rogue in the Red Dew Kingdom was nothing but a death sentence. Especially for women. The male rogues often used female rogues as either their breeders or as their personal fuck dolls. For me, both options were off limits. That's why I needed to make a new option. To learn and live like a dark creature. To live alone and survive on my own. For that, I needed to be crazy enough to enjoy the bloodbath. And who could teach me to be crazy better than Loid. After attending my classes for the day, I made my way toward the field. Since the history teacher was absent, I decided to go to the training field before Loid and run some laps just to be ready for him. No matter how careful
SORA'S POV:- It was the weekend. Academy was off but to my surprise, Loid actually let me have a day to myself. For a while, I thought about it. Then I decided to go out for a while. I had money and I wanted to spend it on myself. I went to the mall and bought myself some new clothes. They were off seasoned clothes on sale. I didn't like spending too much money over stupid things. After that, I bought some new books for myself. Then I got myself a few things that I needed. After shopping, I was a little hungry. Though, I didn't feel like spending my money on food. So I decided to go back home. As soon as I entered the kitchen, holding all those bags in my hands, Solana's eyes shined and she ran up to me. “Give me all that!” Solana growled at me as she tried to snatch my bags away. But instead, I pushed her behind. “These are my things. Besides, I don't waste money over useless things. There are books inside these bags. But I know you don't like books.” I taunted her and a maid st
