"What!, He got married to you!?" Gary blurts in a fit of rage. Lesley nodded, sniffing.

"It was a court wedding."

Blaine never left me out of his sight. There was security every whenever I went. And maybe I was a coward, I never protested. He told me I would consent to the marriage, I cared less. My life was already a mess.

My sisters visited one day. They couldn't believe I got married to my own brother. They asked if I was okay with the idea, and I told them I was. They never saw the pain in my eyes. Never saw my faux smile, didn't pick out how my voice croaked.

They were angry at me, and embittered about it. Who wouldn't be?, seeing their siblings marrying themselves sounded so absurd. I knew if I voiced anything out to them, Blaine would kill them. They left and never came back. For years I made my pillow my companion. it always muffled my tears, my pains , my sorrows. He always gave me a lotion to rub, it always concealed my scars I had on my body, and it made them heal fast
