There was a pin-drop silence in the Malhotra Mansion. Ahaan and Anaya’s father were sitting on the sofa, while Anaya was crying, hugging her mother. Ahaan’s gaze was fixed on Alya, he still can’t believe Alya could break his heart like this. She forgot his love and everything and wanted to marry his brother. How could she do this?  He shifted his gaze toward his brother, who was standing holding Alya’s hand, and he won again. His parents love hand and, now his girlfriend. Everyone chooses Dhruv over him. 

He heard his father’s angry voice:” Dhruv, do you think marriage is a joke? Engaged with one sister and marry with another. And don’t forget she is your brother’s girlfriend.”

Dhruv walked to his father and said:” Dad, I know you are upset with me but I can’t fight with my feelings. Alya and I have feelings for each other, we wanted to spend life with each other. Dad, I don’t see Anaya as my idol life partner. I want a wife, who supports me, who helps in my success. Anaya is a very good girl but she can only be a housewife, not anything else. I want a wife, not a maid.” Anaya closed her eyes, hearing her insults.

Dhruv announced:” Dad, it’s Alya who is my idol life partner “.

Alya walked toward them and said:” I know we are doing wrong, but we will never stay happy if Dhruv marries Anaya and I will marry Ahaan because we have realized we are totally different from each other. Ahaan is not a man whom I wanted to marry, he is not husband material. I don’t want to marry a man who relies on his father and brother for his wife's expenses.”

“Dad, it’s our last decision. I am going to marry Alya. We will not change our decision.” Dhruv announced holding Alya’s hand. 

“I think we should discuss this matter privately.” Alya’s parents said looking at Ahaan’s father, after this, they walked toward Ahaan’s father's study.

After some time, they came downstairs. Ahaan’s father announced:” We are ready for Dhruv and Alya’s marriage. But we wanted Ahaan and Anaya’s marriage, as it’s all over the media that our sons were getting with Mr. Mathur’s daughter. We will make some excuses.”

Before he could speak further, Ahaan interrupted him and said:” No, Dad. How can you think I will marry Anaya? If Alya wanted to marry Dhruv then it’s all right, but I will not marry Anaya.” After announcing, he left the place. 

Dhruv and Alya decided to go for lunch without caring about anyone while Anaya left with her parents.
