A few days had passed and Rita had been working in the Jones’ group as the new vice CEO. Something she wasn’t keen on but it was necessary if she wanted to investigate Eric.
The past few days were not bad. She tried to familiarize herself with her new office.
Rita was going to bide her time. Her main aim was to go into her former office and search for documents showing the transfer of company funds into ghost accounts.
But it was going to be hard as Eric now owned that office and his assistant was always around.
Eric so far, had not made a move on Rita. Something she was grateful for, she wasn’t in the mood to have anything to do with him. He would only look at her weirdly during meetings and Rita did not miss the look of desire and lust in his eyes.
