Later that day, Kazimir finally got home. He placed the paper bags he brought with him as he removed his jacket and take a sit in front of Serene where she was busy flipping pages from a black folder.

"How are you feeling? Tuloy-tuloy ba 'yong inom mo ng gamot?" Kazimir asked as he rested his back and closed his eyes.
