"Is that Larussovan courting you, Nathrelya?" My mother asked me as soon as I got inside our house. It seems that she has been watching us.

My heart pounded in nervousness. "No, Ma," I replied in a small voice, dropping my gaze on the floor.

I was not able to answer. I watched as she grabbed her bag and went out of our house. I was left with a flying mind.
