ADRIENNE’S POV
“Did you go to the gym with Derek” Alec asks from behind. I could just always feel his aura whenever he’s nearby and now wasn’t an exception.
“What does it look like?” I ask back not ready to play it cool. I guess I was in the mood for some bickering this morning. The day was already bright, so I decided to head back to the dinning for breakfast rather than changing and coming back down the stairs. Call me lazy, but that was definitely how I felt at the moment.
“Any plans today?” I ask Alec while dishing myself from already served pancakes. I grab a white cup with little heart design on it and fill it with milk, as I settle down to dig in.

ADRIENNE’S POVI was seated on the opposite side of Kathie and Christian as my mind wanders off. Nick had told me earlier that he wasn’t perfectly sure Alec remembered all that had happened Saturday night and I couldn’t help but wonder to what extent he remembers. I mean we had literally shared a kiss and it wouldn’t be fair on my part to remember that moment all alone.After Saturday night, I had avoided Alec like a plague. I guess I couldn’t bring myself to have a conversation with him yet or even stay within the same space without my eyes drifting back to those wicked lips of his.He did show up for some of the classes we took together and whenever we made eye contacts, he had a questioning look on his face.
