“My mother’s crazy,” Kai mutters lowly as he sits on the bed. Meanwhile, Ellyse is busy fixing her luggage. “We can’t do anything about it. It seems like she’s still trying to get us back together,” She replied to him, her back facing him. “And also for Claire’s sake. I think she just wants her to feel like you and I are still together,” He stated. Ellyse agreed with him. Maybe she was just thinking of it as a bad thing. Her eyes were trained on Kai who didn’t even notice what his mother had said and kept eating as if it was nothing. She was tapping her foot on the floor, anxious about what’s going to happen next. Victoria is obviously hinting her pregnancy. She’s trying to make her uncomfortable and alerted, and she doesn’t like it. What happened to the woman she once knew?
