"Rosa, let's get married," he told her. Rosa's eyes widened. Is she having an ear problem now? What is it that she just heard? "What?" she asked.

"I know I've not been really good to you. I know I'm not really worthy of you. After all, you are the princess of the Baxtar clan. But still, I hope you could give me a chance to take responsibility for you all my life," he paused and brought out a small box from his inner pocket.

"Marry me, Rosalind," he told her as he opened the box. In the box was a diamond ring.

The diamond on the ring was big. Rosa couldn't explain her feelings at the moment. She thought he wanted to break up with her. She thought everything was ending today. Who knew it was just starting? She was simply short of words. She didn't know what to say.

"Say something, Rosa," Ethan urged her. He looked anxious. He looked as if her response matters a lot to him. Has she been really thinking too much? Could it be that Ethan really cared for her? "
