Chapter 38 Argumentative Point

Ethan spent the night in his penthouse at the club again. He did not want to lead anyone further to his house by the lake. And he asked Ida and her friends for a few days to think things over. He admitted he was still in his baby steps on everything about his supernatural identity, and the woman who said she was a fae, an identity Ethan had no clue about, agreed.

“What is a fae?” Ethan asked Aldric when they got their privacy.

“A fae is what your human books call a fairy. Just like witches, which have the white and dark in kind, faes also have the pure-hearted and evil ones,” Aldric answered.

“What did you see in her memory when I shook hands with the woman earlier?” Ethan asked again.

“She was among the royals of her kind, but I wasn’t sure what title she holds exactly,” Aldric replied. “I could feel from the strong aura she possessed. That also means she might be more powerful than we can imagine,” the lycan added.
