The party

 At the party Gao yu captured a lot of attention as he walked in with his mom , though not all the attention was on him since some where at his mother who still seems to be in her mid thirties even though on being above that age. 

 "so the reason you insisted on going home to change was to come with him and pull out all the attention from me, using his halo to win me,"Gao yunjie Gao yu's father said as he came to receive them while pecking Gao yu's mother at the cheek. 

 "yes of course, if i had called him to come by himself he might have as well wrestle the attention away from both of us so why shouldn't i come with him, at least that way the attention will be on both of us,"Gao yu's mom said with a smile. 

 "And you really think any of the attention was on you? Gao yu's father asked.

 "of course, if you were not my husband and saw a beautiful woman like me
