On the way back, Sonnet grabbed Maxwell’s arm and asked, “How did you know what to say when they asked you to go on stage to say a few words to my dad?”

He did not seem like a fool when he said those words!

Maxwell raised his head and puffed out his chest proudly. “I learned all of that from television!”

“Television?”

“Yes, Mrs. Wilson told me that a man’s father-in-law will always try to make things difficult for him. That’s why I watched some dramas surrounding this.”

“Does that mean that you learnt how to say that you’ll accompany me for the rest of my life and I won’t have any fears or worries with you by my side by watching television?”

“I’ll accompany her for the rest of my life. With me by her side, she won’t have any fears or worries. We’ll spend the rest of our lives with love and harmony.”

“Yes!” Maxwell nodded innocently.

Sonnet burst into laughter and asked, “Which drama did you learn all of that from?”

Maxwell scratched his head and said, “I forgot.”
