Chapter 14

Rod

"Where is Gov?" Clarixto asked as soon as he got out of the car. He had found out who had uploaded the video and hurried home to the mansion to find out who it was.

"He's inside. He's causing a scene again," one of their tense-looking staff members replied.

"Fuck!" Clarixto cursed immediately. He entered the mansion without hesitation. He knew that if their staff members were quiet, it meant that his nephew's mood was not good. Everyone's movements were being carefully counted because they knew they would be the target of Rod's wrath if he didn't like their actions.

Even from a distance in the basement, Clarixto could hear the loud screams of his nephew. He also heard some pleading voices. And Clarixto wasn't wrong. When he opened the door, their staff members were crowded on the side, bowing their heads. Rod was in the middle, heading towards a man while gripping his collar. Two other men were also on the ground, bleeding.
