Shallow Rail

That time, we go to a cafe near the base called Orangeade to talk and it turns out that Mark and Dex have been creating a secret organization inside the gang called Shallow Rail. It's a rebel organization that was born inside of BlackJack, Mikael Lenox's Gang. I mean, corrupting it from the inside is easier than the outside but it also comes with a higher risk.
