? Adrian's POV?️
"Good afternoon, Miss Kendall", the lawyer greeted as soon as we got into her office. We replied her greetings and she asked us to sit down which we did. "I'm sorry for any inconveniences but it has to be done. Miss Kendall?"
"Just call me Adrian."
"Okay. Do you know where Karen's mother is cause we need her."
"What do we need her for?"
She stood up from her sit and started pacing around. "Well, I had this weird feeling in the pit of my stomach that we need to get to her. You said something happened the day Karen died that you don't remember, right?"
"Yes. I have tried really hard to remember but it's not just coming to me", I replied still confused.
She said and waited a minute like she was thinking about something and continued pacing. "Well, I found out that Frank divorced her 2 years after Karen's death and since then, nobody seems to know where she is. Do you know of any other member of their family?"

? Melissa's POV ?It was very boring here at home. I really miss Adrian and I haven't seen her since she left to look for Karen's mother yesterday. I decided to take a walk around the neighborhood and visit the park down the street. I really miss my parents. We were always going to one place or the other on every Saturday.
