Chapter 10 The Big move
Sarah gathered her boxes and jumped into her brother in law Marks car. She looked at the house she had knew as her home. Jacob stayed the night, he had only his clothes to take, which was not much, just one box. They both held hands in the back of the car. She was tearful, but the shame and humiliation her mother made her feel pushed her to think this is for the best.
She held back a sniffle. And blinked away the tears. But her now red eyes gave it away. Her parents were even to occupied to bid them farewell.
The hurt tore at her heart. Jacob held her hand tightly. "You don't have to come back here again, I promise. We have each other, thats all we need. We will make it with out their blessing. I swear"

Sarah always thought when ever things were going right, something would always go wrong.It was during her first trimester that Jacob had injured his lower back and was in excruciating pain. They had gone to the hospital and Jacob did a few x-rays. The emergency room doctor called them in and said that it was a slipped disk, c4 in his lower back. This had happened 5 years ago and he had to stay in hospital for a short time to recover. This time tho the doctor explained that since Jacob had injured the same disk again a small procedure needed to be done to correct the disk in his lower back.Sarah knew this was a small procedure and his stay would be minimal one week.
