Chapter 15 Planned - baby number 2
Sarah always wanted a pigeon pair, a boy and a girl. Alex was the splitting image of his father. Sarah wanted her very own mini me. Sarah knew that Nash was three years older and they shared an incredible bond. They were always their for each other. They played together, fought, stood by each other through thick and thin. Nash was the typical protective big brother and Sarah appreciated that. She wanted to have her children atleast 3 years apart. Just only 2 children. Prayer became a big part of her life from a year ago. When ever she was happy she prayed, sad she prayed, stressed she prayed, depressed she prayed. She had seen the miracles of Gods grace.

Sarah always thought when ever things were going right, something would always go wrong.It was during her first trimester that Jacob had injured his lower back and was in excruciating pain. They had gone to the hospital and Jacob did a few x-rays. The emergency room doctor called them in and said that it was a slipped disk, c4 in his lower back. This had happened 5 years ago and he had to stay in hospital for a short time to recover. Jacob was still asleep when Sarah visited him. It was still too early. He was always a late riser. She looked at his arms. Sarah went back to her ward. He bed was dressed with fresh sheets. Her mother sent her a set of clean clothes. After one week of bed rest Sarah was discharged but she was put off from work for another two weeks. She had made it through this challenged times. Her baby was okay, but she needed to still rest to keep him or her alive.Jacob was also discharged on the same day. His hands were still wrapped in bandages and he was given a date for the next week.
