Spending the night with me, Zayn made sure that I had everything my soul craved for. The morning of the funeral he woke me up with flowers and breakfast in bed, showering me with love and kisses, filling me with all the power I needed to get through the day.

Getting ready for the funeral is to this day one of the hardest thing I have ever done in my life. This was the day I permanently said goodbye to my father. Wearing the dress I had picked out, I put on my black heels and applied some natural to no makeup. Zayn was already dressed and waited for me downstairs giving me the space I needed to breathe.
