Chapter 15_Locked In The Basement

Alexander gently raised her leg and held it in his hand. He began pulling out the piece of glass that was in her feet. She winced from the pain, and blood began oozing from the cut.

Alexander would look at her whenever she winced, and she would avoid his gaze. Soon the maid returned with the first aid kit, and Alexander took the kit from them and opened it.

Sofia's gaze followed the movement of his hands, and when he started to clean the cut, She tried her best not to wince in pain by biting her lips; however, she winced. Alexander was surprisingly gentle; she thought he was going to do it in a way that would hurt her, but he didn't.

He began blowing air on the injury as he cleaned it. Sofia couldn't help but wonder why he was doing that. She glanced at his dark hair, which was ruffled on his head. His body was still stained with the dish that she had slammed on his face.

He pulled out the bandage and wrapped it around her feet. She was lucky enough that only one foot was injured
