The fighting girls let go of each other, and Rue swept her hair back, wiping her bleeding nose.

Pearl adjusted her LC jacket, not bothering to smoothen her scattered hair.

Her eyes met with Roonie's, and she frowned, gulping exhaustedly. She was breathing hard.

Roonie broke the eye contact, and then Rook entered the school in style.

He's rocking designer shades, black studded leather jacket and pants like he's modelling for a leather company.

He looks super hyper, and there's a proud smirk on his lips as he walked with all eyes on him.

He stopped in front of Roonie, their heights almost matching __ Roonie is a little bit taller.

"You should welcome me home, don't you think? I became your brother overnight. You father adopted me!" He laughed at his face.

Roonie remained silent, his eyes not swaying a bit.

Hyce and Axel stepped back, staying beside each other with same look in their eyes.

The hallway went silent.

"Say something, loser! Fuçking say something! I said I became your brother!" Rook shouted at Roonie's face again.

Pearl bit her lip softly, wondering why he's not reacting.

Isn't he always tough with her? Why the muteness?

Rue only smiled callously.

Isaac and Teal are just getting to the hallway too, and they halted with the crowd when they saw what's going on

Rook smiled and leaned in to Roonie's ear.

"This might excite you. I've been ordered to do the opposite of what you were told to do. My mission is to torment Pearl, and i can't wait to tie you to a freaking pole and fûck her while you watch and won't be able to do a thing" He whispered.

He grinned after saying that, then he brought his face back to the front, and that was it.

Roonie's hand flew like the wind, meeting Rook's face at the speed of light.

The slap landed dangerously on Rook's face, and his glasses flew off together with one of his front tooth.

Starstruck is an understatement for the looks that appeared on the faces of the onlookers.

The students are obviously more than shocked as Rook's blood hit the ground in droplets.

Not only did he lose a teeth, but his upper lip also bursted.

Pearl couldn't believe her eyes, and when she looked up to meet the devilish look in Roonie's eyes, her shock penetrated deeper.

Rue couldn't close her mouth, and the students holding cameras were even too shocked to record.

Hyce smiled while Axel is trying so hard not to murder Rook, then Roonie looked over at Pearl.

She gasped inwardly when their eyes met again, then he turned and began leaving wordlessly.

Rook stubbornly looked up, his mouth red with blood.

"You shouldn't have done that, Banks" he said.

Roonie stopped and turned to meet his face.

"You only just signed her death warrant. I'll almost kill her if I don't kill her completely. The worse you can do is fight me man-to-man. You can't kill, can you?" Rook said with a dark chuckle.

"Why do I feel you're the one who signed your death warrant?" Roonie replied, and Rook gritted his jaws, hard.

Roonie finally left the hallway, and Rook left through the other way. Rue followed him.

Immediately the three left, the frozen air came down, and chatters broke.

* That was intense.

* Who's the girl?

* I swear I got the chills!

"I got the chills too, babes" Morgan held her chest as she faced her friends.

"That was a lot. Why do I feel like the campus is about to change with this sudden adoption? Why would a father adopt his son's enemy?" Lizzy said.

"Is he really his father? I'm starting to doubt that" Pearl added, shaking her head and finally smoothing her hair.

"Who's the girl Rook talked about? I'm so curious" Rebekah said.

"We'll just have to wait and see, I guess" Morgan shrugged, wiping the blood on Pearl's lips.

The girls resumed their walk to class, and Jeremy appeared behind them.

He was smiling sheepishly as he stared at Pearl's backside, and he didn't blink till she finally entered the class.

He got a text from Rue and immediately made his way to The Titans meeting spot in the campus..

It's a gazebo not far from their department, and he met everyone in attendance.

North is with Rook in the middle, cleaning his mouth.

There are too many bloody tissues on the ground already, all used on him.

She finished up and hooked small moulded tissue into the gap in his teeth...

"You should get artificial teeth before the end of today" she told him.

"I fuçking know" he glared, and she stood.

"My mission is to torment Pearl, and y'all make sure this never gets out. We start tonight" he said.

Jeremy had to cover his mouth to stop himself from laughing cos of Rook's teeth, but Rook noticed him anyways.

"Did you just...laugh?" Rook stood lividly.

"Me? No I...

He was pushed out before he knew it, and immediately he landed flat in front of Rook, Rook placed his boot on his head, pressing it to the cobblestone flooring of the gazebo.

"Argh!!!" Jeremy groaned, his blood painting the stone as his head began bleeding.

Rook pressed it harder, and he began crying, seeing his own blood

"We start tonight" Rook said again.

"But I'm curious about something" a member asked.

"What?" Rue faced her.
