Everyone was allowed inside except Master X.

Nurse Layla proceeded to leading them to the private ICU.

"No loud talks" she told them, and they promised her before she left.

Roonie's ward is surrounded by a glass wall, and though they can't go in, they're seeing him through the glass, looking powerless and lifeless.

Head bandaged, his monitor is beeping slowly, and his LS machine is right beside him through which several pipes were passed into his body, even his mouth.

Kara covered her mouth to muffle her tears, same with Rebekah.

"Pearl ruined him, totally" Axel whispered, his hatred for Pearl climbing high.

"He'll be fine, I put my trust in Roonie" Hyce whispered too.

"You're thinking like me. He'll wake" uncle Edward smiled painfully.

"What if ..what if he never...wakes" Rebekah muttered fearfully.

"Don't say that" Kara replied, rubbing the glass wall as if she can touch Roonie through it.

"He'll wake, I believe" she nodded.

An hour later, they all left the hospital, leaving master X at the door.

Rebekah and Axel drove to the palace in silence, but during their drive, they already knew things would go bad.

People are protesting in the streets that the king of the island should be dethroned, and that's not the only thing...

It's a video of what happened at the warehouse earlier, but other faces were blurred out.

Only the the faces of Rebekah, Axel and Hyce are showing, how they were shooting down mercenaries and spilling blood.

"Richard planned this well...I must say. He has been planning this for years" Axel said.

They got to the palace and it's even worse cos it's surrounded by people protesting for the dethronement.

Boldly, they both came out of the car, and they were almost eaten raw by the people.

Thanks to the palace guards who guarded them inside.

The king and Elsa were already panicking inside.

"You achieved your dreams already Rebekah, didn't you? I'll be the first king in the history of Terraverde to be dethroned! Congratulations!" The king said in defeat.

Rebekah couldn't talk.

"And you...' Elsa faced Axel.

"I was busy flaunting you that you don't belong in any club, but you're in it too? I don't think I deserve this from you Axel! You're a killer too? How!!!!" She yelled.

For the first time in history, Axel couldn't talk back.

"Just how!!!" Elsa yelled again.

"I regret having you, Rebekah. I regret!" The king said disappointedly, and Rebekah rushed upstairs, into her room.

She flaunted herself on the ground, crying her eyes out.

Axel came knocking on her door, but she doesn't even have the strength to open up.

She just wants to cry.

MCCALL'S MANSION*

Several papers flew to Hyce's face from General McCall, and tears came out of his eyes.

"I'm the police general of this island, and my son is in a frat club? He's a killer? Do you know what the world is saying about me right now?" The man yelled.

Hyce cried more.

"We're a family of law defenders, Hyce! Your brother is a barrister! He'll be implicated. Your mother is the city general too, and she's surely going down after this!" General McCall snapped.

Hyce stepped back, and the man raised up a letter.

"I'm going to submit my resignation letter right now, and I never want to see you again. Stay out of this family" he said, pushing past Hyce before leaving the house.

Hyce started crying again, his eyes stinging.

He has cried too much for a night, and nothing is more bitter than the salt he's tasting right now.

He begrudgingly walked out of the house, and he met Isaac waiting outside with his mother who has been discharged.

Isaac quickly rushed to him, and merely seeing the tears in his eyes, he started crying too.

"I'm sorry about everything that happened to you" he said.

Hyce hugged him tight, crying on his shoulders while the woman just watched sadly.
