CHAPTER 11: DARK SIDE

The words kept ringing in Liyla's ears, she didn't know what to say.

Just as Liyla wanted to speak a man who is dancing with his wife by their side falls to the ground unconscious. Everybody is shocked to see what happened.

Liyla gasped in fear, she just stood there frozen, never did she know that the demon caused it.

When the man was rushed to the hospital, the doctors said that he was fine and healthy but the scan shows that he had difficulty breathing before he died, which is very unusual.

"Liyla are you okay?." Daven asked when he saw her face

"Yeah... umm i just don't like seeing things like this. It reminds me of my parent." Liyla sobbed

Daven immediately pulled Liyla in for a hug as she cries out her heart on his shoulder.

The intensity of the whole thing made Liyla vulnerable and fuzzy. Daven copped her smooth face in his hands, making Liyla look at him directly in the eye.
