It has been three days and the Alpha had really not needed her but what troubled her the most was her own emotions. Why did she miss him? Was this some sort of Stockholm syndrome? She had basically been sold to him and he had given the command to whip her the first time she was here. She had become his personal maid and he had yelled at her and hurt her feelings a lot. Why did she miss him?

He had also laughed with you and been surprisingly nice from time to time. My subconscious piqued in.

I sighed, was that enough?

Stella wouldn’t give her any work since she was still the Alpha’s personal maid and Alpha Jason didn’t need her either. He seemed to not even want to see her either. Anytime she went there, he had his guards send her away. She hadn’t seen his face for three whole days. Was he that angry with her for causing him to dissolve his alliance with Caleb? Well, why did he fight him anyway? He had no reason to.
