His Thoughts

As the elevator doors slid open on the top floor, Alex sprang out and darted down the hallway towards Marcellus's office.

Marcellus sat at his desk, a stack of papers spread out in front of him. He looked up as Michael entered the room, closing the door behind him.

"Thanks for coming, Michael," Marcellus said, gesturing for his secretary to take a seat. "I need your help with something."

"Okay sir," Michael replied, taking a seat across from his boss. "What's going on, sir?"

Marcellus shuffled through the papers on his desk before pulling out a document with a red sticky note attached to it. "Take a look at this," he said, sliding the paper across the desk to Michael. "It's from the Ford Corporation. I noticed some discrepancies that raised a red flag."

Michael picked up the paper and scanned it. "What kind of discrepancies, sir?" he asked, looking up at Marcellus.

"Well, the numbers don't add up," Marcellus replied, leaning back in his chair. "And there are some questionable expense
