42. You can't go!

Ruby’s POV

“I want to go home right this instant.” I run towards Möbius, who is almost at the main palace. His strides are too wide that I have to run to catch up with him.

“I'm sorry, it's not possible.” He says, not even looking at me. My feet are killing me, I have been walking in heels for quite a while now. I have never seen such an arrogant man.

He climbs the stairs at the entrance and I follow suit.

“You are just delusional Möbius, what’s makes you think I will love you? You are just a monster, and I would rather die than entertain you.” I say in anger, he stops and turns to look at me, I see a hurt expression which is replaced by something else almost immediately. “I want to go home.” I repeat.

“And I said you can't go home.” He says sternly.

“I can't stay here with you, I can't, I want to go home.” I break down, falling on my knees, why is my life like this.
