Chapter twenty two

As I dragged myself to my room, I could feel my stomach churning. I felt like throwing up. It was like I had gotten sick overnight, and I could barely carry myself to my room.

Tears streamed down my cheeks as I recalled the blood that dripped from his sword and how emotionless his face was when I had seen him. From the look in his face, you could tell that this wasn’t new for him. He killed people everyday, like they didn’t matter to him and here I was, getting hurt that I had seen it, but I couldn’t help it.

I could barely feel my legs, I was feeling dizzy, and the churning from my stomach only made me feel worse.
