Chapter twenty three

I stared at him, confused. “Pardon?”

He shook his head as he turned away from me, running his fingers through his hair before turning back to me. “Didn’t you hear me?” He asked me, and I swallowed.

“I… I did.”

“So, why are you asking? I said I’d teach you to kiss so…”

“I didn’t know you had a problem with the way I kiss. I thought that…” he took a deep inhale, letting out a loud exhale as he moved closer to me, placing his hand on my shoulder as he gently caressed my hair.

“I don’t have a problem with the way you kiss, Little Breeche.” His voice started to became softer and this eased my mind as I gave a little smile.

“So, why do you want to teach me to kiss?”

“Your kissing still needs a little polishing.” He told me, and I swallowed.
