The sunlight that streamed in through the window in my bedroom, landed on my face casting a soft warm glow that stirred me awake.

I threw aside the warm covers and stroll to the connected bathroom in my room and did my morning routine.

After I made my bed, I went downstairs to look for dad so we can have breakfast. What I didn't expect to see, was a group of men crowding the living room listening with concentration to what my father was explaining to them while standing in the middle of the crowd.

I slowly walked down the stairs with my eyes glued to them and caught some of the things that my father was saying to the group.
