I sat on the grass, overlooking the lake before me as Emerald continued to play with my fingers. Emerald looked behind me and I followed her eyes to see Amelia approaching us, I smiled as she sat down beside me resting her head against my shoulder.
"Are you okay?" I asked and she nodded her eyes on emerald who was now playing with both our hands, giving each finger a dialogue of their own.

Xavier's POVI walked into the house with Ace in one arm, Amelia's medication in the other. I used my body to close the door as Ace continued to run his hands across my stumble, small giggles leaving him. Amelia left work earlier today after falling ill before a meeting, which worried me since she didn't really do well with illness. Lesley and I had stopped at the pharamacy before I dropped her off, getting pills for headaches and an upset stomach."Juice" Ace exclaimed as I moved into the kitchen and I smiled placing him to sit in his highchair, pulling the fridge door open."What kind?" Footsteps sounded and I looked up to see Amelia walking towards us dressed in my clothes from head to toe, her hair flowing down her back."How are you feeling?" I asked as she moved around the island, walking into my hold, and she laughed slightly her hands

Xavier's POVI opened my eyes after realizing that I was alone in the bed, I immediatley placed my hand where her body was supposed to be frowning when it was cold.I was about to go downstairs but my search was cut short when the cold night air made me aware of the opened door that lead to the balcony. I got up walking over to it, to see her leaning against the railing looking at the view below."Are you okay?' I asked loving the way the moonlight shinned against her skin."I'm fine, just thinking" she replied and I sighed reaching for the blanket in the chair by the door before making my way to her."About what?"
