THIRTY EIGHT

Ending the conversation with Rebecca, Avelyn immediately got up from her bed to put her cellphone on the nightstand beside her bed. At the same time, the door to her room suddenly opened, revealing Elvis's figure who looked exhausted with his office shirt that were no longer neat like this morning. A suit that is carried carelessly in one hand, a tie that looks already loose, a shirt sleeve that is rolled unsymmetrically between the right arm and the left arm.
