I woke before him.

Gray light was leaking around the curtains. His arm was still heavy across my waist, his breath steady against the back of my neck. For a few minutes I just lay there, cataloguing the aches — the dull soreness between my thighs, the faint bruise-tenderness on my wrists where he’d pinned them, the leftover heat in my face from everything I’d admitted the night before.

I’d told him.

And he was still here.

That fact sat in my chest in a complicated way. Not relief exactly. Not safety either. Something closer to the feeling of standing on a ledge and realizing the drop hadn’t taken me after all.

He stirred behind me. His hand flexed once on my stomach, then slid up to rest between my breasts.

“You’re awake,” he said, voice rough with sleep.

“Yeah.”

“How long.”

“A few minutes.”

He made a low sound and pulled me more firmly against him. I felt him hardening slowly against the curve of my ass. Neither of us moved for a while. The quiet felt different from the night before — less sharp, still heavy.

“Are you going to keep being angry,” I asked eventually.

“Yes.” His mouth brushed my shoulder. “But not in a way that makes me put you in the guest room again. Not today.”

I let out a breath I didn’t know I’d been holding.

He kissed the side of my neck, then the place just below my ear. His hand drifted down my stomach, over the jut of my hip, and between my legs. I was still slick from the night before. He made a quiet, satisfied sound when he felt it.

“Sore?”

“A little.”

“Good.”

He rubbed me in slow, lazy circles, not rushing, just waking my body up under his hand. I shifted against him and he exhaled against my skin. After a minute he hooked my top leg back over his and guided himself between my thighs from behind. He didn’t push in right away. Just let the head of his cock slide through the wetness, teasing, until I made a soft impatient sound.

“Ask.”

“Please.”

He pushed into me in one slow, deep stroke. The stretch pulled a shaky breath from my lungs. He stayed still once he was fully seated, one arm banded around my waist, the other braced on the mattress in front of me.

“Last night wasn’t forgiveness,” he said against my ear. “It was me reminding you where you end up when you test me.”

“I know.”

“And this morning is me deciding I still want you here anyway.”

He started to move. Unhurried, deep thrusts that made the bed creak softly. There was no punishing edge to it — just possession, steady and thorough. I reached back and gripped his thigh. He laced his fingers through mine and held on while he fucked me in that slow, claiming rhythm.

“You’re not going to see them,” he said.

“I already said I wouldn’t.”

“I’m saying it again. Because I need to hear myself say it. And because if I find out otherwise, measured stops being an option.”

I nodded, forehead pressed into the pillow. “I understand.”

He reached around and rubbed my clit in time with his strokes. The dual sensation built gradually, warm and inevitable. When I came it was quiet, shaking against him, clenching around his cock while he kept the same deliberate pace. He followed a minute later with a low groan, buried deep, holding me through it.

We stayed joined afterward. His heartbeat thudded against my back. Outside, birds had started up in the trees along the street.

Eventually he pulled out and rolled me onto my back. He looked down at me for a long moment, eyes moving over my face like he was still checking for something.

“Chloe gets back this afternoon,” he said.

“I know.”

“We’re going to act normal. You’re going to look her in the eye. And you’re going to remember that every secret you’ve kept in this house has eventually ended with you underneath me explaining yourself.”

I almost smiled. It came out crooked. “Is that supposed to be a deterrent?”

“It’s supposed to be a fact.”

He leaned down and kissed me. Softer than the night before. Longer. When he pulled back he rested his forehead against mine briefly.

“Shower,” he said. “I’ll make coffee.”

He got up. I watched him cross the room naked, the long line of his back, the faint marks my nails had left on his shoulders at some point in the night. He didn’t look back before stepping into the bathroom.

I lay there a little longer, staring at the ceiling, feeling the slow leak of him between my thighs and the strange, fragile calm that had settled over the morning.

I was still in trouble.

I was still his.

And for now, those two things were allowed to exist in the same bed without tearing each other apart.

I got up and followed him into the shower.

  • Harder, Daddy   CHAPTER 0036- Thursday night

Elias’s flight landed at 8:40.I knew because I tracked it. I knew because I’d spent the entire day cleaning an already clean house, changing sheets that didn’t need changing, and rehearsing versions of the truth that all sounded equally bad. By the time the garage door rumbled open at 9:15, my hands were cold and my pulse was doing something uneven in my throat. He walked in with his bag over one shoulder and the tired posture of a man who’d spent two days in meetings. He set the bag down, loosened his tie, and looked at me standing in the kitchen like he’d been counting the hours too.“Hey,” he said.“Hey.”He crossed the space, cupped the back of my neck, and kissed me. Slow. Thorough. The kind of kiss that felt like checking for changes. When he pulled back his eyes searched my face.“You okay?”“Yeah.”He didn’t look convinced. He poured himself a glass of water, drank half of it, and leaned against the counter.“House smells like lemon,” he said.“I cleaned.”“Thoroughly.”I nod

Elias left early for a two-day work trip.He told me the night before, voice even, eyes steady on mine while he packed a small bag. “I’ll be back Thursday night. Don’t do anything you’ll have to confess when I walk through the door.”I nodded. He kissed me hard enough to leave my mouth tingling, then left. The house felt too quiet after the garage door closed.By noon the quiet had turned into restlessness. I told myself I was just bored. That the ache he’d left between my legs the day before was the only reason my skin felt too tight. I lasted until one-thirty before I picked up my phone.Jake answered on the second ring.“Didn’t think I’d hear from you,” he said.“Are you free?”A pause. “When?”“Now. And… I might not be alone.”Another pause, longer. Then a low, interested sound. “Text me the address again.”I did. Then I opened the conversation with Jenna.**Riley:** Are you working today?**Jenna:** Off at two. Why?**Riley:** Come over after. Someone else will be here too.She d

  • Harder, Daddy   CHAPTER 0034- Prove it

We stayed in bed most of the morning. Not talking much. Not sleeping either. His hand rested on the curve of my hip under the sheet, thumb moving in slow, idle strokes like he was reminding himself I was still there. Every so often I’d feel his eyes on me. When I looked back he didn’t look away.Around eleven he finally spoke.“Get up. Shower. Then come back here.”I did what he said. The shower was quick. I didn’t bother with clothes after. When I walked back into the bedroom he was sitting up against the headboard, sheet pooled around his waist, watching me with that same unreadable focus from earlier.“Come here.”I climbed onto the bed. He caught my wrist before I could settle beside him and pulled me forward until I was straddling his thighs again. His hands slid up my sides, slow, mapping skin he already knew by heart.“Last night I made you wait,” he said. “This morning I made you ask. Now you’re going to show me you meant it.”My pulse kicked. “How?”“You’re going to ride me u

  • Harder, Daddy   CHAPTER 0034- On your knees

Morning came slow and gray.I hadn’t really slept. The light in the guest room had stayed on all night like a punishment that didn’t need raising its voice. My body felt heavy. My mouth tasted like I’d been clenching my jaw for hours. Somewhere down the hall I heard movement — a drawer, the soft sound of feet on hardwood — then nothing.I got up.I didn’t put on clothes. He’d seen me naked the night before when he sent me up here. Clothes felt like armor I hadn’t earned. I walked down the hallway on bare feet and stopped outside his bedroom. The door was half open. I pushed it the rest of the way.Elias was sitting on the edge of the bed in dark sweatpants, no shirt, elbows on his knees. He looked up when I entered. His expression didn’t soften. It didn’t harden either. He just watched me like he’d been waiting for this exact moment and had already decided how it would go.I closed the door behind me.For a second neither of us spoke. The air between us felt thick enough to choke on.

  • Harder, Daddy   CHAPTER 0032- Six O'clock

The house felt different after he left.Bigger. Quieter. Like the walls were listening.I stayed in his bedroom for a long time, sitting on the edge of the bed in my underwear, replaying the look on his face when I said Jenna’s name. Not explosive anger. Something colder. More deliberate. The kind of anger that planned.Eventually I forced myself up. Showered. The hot water did nothing to loosen the knot in my chest. I stood under the spray until my skin turned pink, then got out and stared at myself in the mirror. Same face. Same body. Everything underneath rearranged.I spent the day moving through the house like a guest. Made coffee I didn’t drink. Tried to watch something and failed. Checked the clock every twenty minutes. Chloe texted around noon asking if I wanted to meet her after her shift. I told her I wasn’t feeling well. She sent a sad-face emoji and said she’d bring soup tomorrow. The hours crawled.By four I was restless in a way that felt physical. I cleaned the kitchen
