“Sis… What’s wrong?” Elizabeth queried in worry as she held onto my phone.

I stood to my feet, and grabbed my purse from the chair like a robot. I wasn’t so sure I was capable of breathing anymore. It was almost as if there was something that had gone out of my body. It was something cold and painful.

Elizabeth pulled to her feet too, and made a move to come right towards me. I looked at her like I could barely see her. I didn’t understand anything anymore, and it hurt me so much that I couldn’t stop this from happening. I felt like I was useless and disgusting.
