"W-wings?" I manage to get the words out despite the agonizing pain I'm in right now. "No no that just can't be." I say to myself. I can't have wings. The sisters would have told me, right.

I try to reach out so I can at least touch them but the pain stops me. Even if I don't want to believe what Ronnie is seeing I can feel it, I feel the wings growing out of me.

I cry out again and Ronnie rushes over to me.

If something were to happen to me, it would kill him just as much as it kills me and I can't do that to him.
