The Alpha's house finally quieted down by dusk.

Raven locked himself in his room, separating him from the rest of the house -- Iron basically moved into the Alpha's house in the name of "taking care of his daughter", who was staying in the Alpha's house only because she was hurt here.

Raven had no good reason to object even though the Hogan family had their own manor that was even fancier than the Alpha's house.

He rubbed his temple as he dived into the stacks of the old dossiers he dug out of the library that day -- files of EVERY rogue attacks their pack had known, intervened, and recorded since his father became the Alpha 30 years ago.

He made a timeline for all the attacks, and surprisingly found out that Iron was not his father's beta until Iron turned 20, which was 21 years ago. In the first 9 years of his father's rule, his beta was Iron's father, Colin Hogan, who just came out of nowhere.
