Okay, is no one gonna talk about the fact that Hilda basically beat the crap out of Evelyn before "rescuing" her?? Like, I'm seeing all these comments about how sweet it is that Hilda is bringing Ava to her mom, but y'all are just glossing over the part where she attacked Evelyn first! I mean, I get it—Hilda's trying to play both sides here, making Susan think Evelyn's dead while actually setting up this mother-daughter reunion. But did she have to be so brutal about it? 😅

I swear, you guys are too forgiving sometimes! Anyway, next chapter's gonna be intense. Don't miss it!

Hilda captured Evelyn(Dr.) and then saw she needed a backup plan and protection. Alpha Robin and Evelyn are her best choices. I think she will end up being Alpha Robin's mate. Factor in that she loves Ava too.

Hilda's a survivor. She beat up Evelyn before she figured out how much of a monster Susan really is. Now she knows she played a part in keeping mom from her child. That seems to be Hilda's soft spot, but it still doesn't excuse the fact she brutally beat Evelyn twice.

I knew something was up with Hilda and suspected her for the first attack. She changed her mind and so far appears to be doing the right thing but she was pretty brutal prior to that.
