Chapter 179

Hey everyone,

I've been sitting here for hours now, staring at my screen, watching the cursor blink. Write something. Delete it. Try again. Delete that too.

My mind feels like it's wrapped in fog today. You know that feeling when you can see the shapes of ideas, but every time you reach for one, it dissolves between your fingers? That's where I am right now.

Some days, writing flows like breathing. Other days... well. Today the words are stuck somewhere between my heart and my fingertips, refusing to come out right.

I wanted to be honest with you, rather than just disappearing or posting something half-formed. We'll need to skip today's update. I know some of you look forward to these chapters, and I hate letting you down. But I think giving my brain a little grace might help the story in the long run.

Maybe it's the intensity of where we are in the narrative—Everything is finally coming out. These characters have been living in my head for so long, and sometimes they feel too real.

I'll be back soon. Promise. Just need to untangle some knots in my thoughts first.
