"Excuse me," Carmen said before walking away from everyone.
With Liam's eyes focused solely on Carmen, he watched her for a moment. Then he brushed his palm against Ethan's hair and mumbled, "I will be back, bud."
After Liam got a soft smile from Ethan, he walked out of the mansion, stopped on the balcony, and answered the call.
"Hey, Dax," Carmen mumbled, staring at the living room entrance for a moment.
"There is a swamp of reporters outside of my house. I believe they think that we are still living together, and are here to ask some questions." Dax said as he stared down from his bedroom window at the crowd outside.
"Can you get security to remove them?"
"Well, I could, but I don't want to."
For a moment, Carmen kept silent. Then she let out a soft breath and asked, "Why?"

As a writer, I don't write for myself, but you readers, and I realized that after ending the novel, you guys don't like the way I ended it. So I spoke with my editor, and I decided to go back to my notebook and write a bit longer and a better ending. To be honest, I didn't think that many people were interested in this novel since the reviews are not that many and encouraging to me as a writer, and I don't know how my readers feel about the storyline. As I said, I write for my readers, and if you guys don't leave a review, I don't know what you want or if you guys are actually interested in the novel. That's why I ended it so quickly. But because of you, "Jane." I am willing to go back to my notebook and brainstorm on a few more chapters that will fall in line with the story plot and give it a better ending. But It might take a bit of time though.
