At William Mansion

Every member of William's family was gathered in the hall.

David was standing in front of his father with his daughter.

"Dad, what are you saying? It is impossible" David was shocked to hear his father.

"I have decided Leila will marry him in Lilly's place" James spoke up

"How could you say that Dad? How could you want to marry my daughter to that illegitimate son? Also, isn't he in behind the bar? Did you forget he murdered his mother, setting fire to the house, which burnt his face also?" David was shaking and anxious.

He knew he and his family meant nothing to his father but it was too much.

"Yes, he was. But he was released from prison a few years back. It is good for your daughter. She can pretend her husband is trying to kill her, and then she can get a divorce. She will be free from the marriage after two or three months. Then she can marry whomever she wants" James said looking at his son without any emotion.

David looked at Leila and then spoke up, "Sorry, Dad, I will not allow it. We were living in shadow because you wanted. We did everything you ordered but not this. I will never ruin Lelia's life. Let's go dear"

"Then I suggest you prepare your bedroom because your wife will soon kicked out of the hospital. You should prepare for her funeral because your wife will die without treatment" John David older brother said blocking their way

"Uncle, how could you say this?" Leila shouted at him.

"Lower your tone you lowly thing. Whatever he said it was right. If you marry him, your mother will keep getting treatment, and we will do her operation. If you deny, you know very well what we are capable of," Stella John's wife said.

"Leila, let's go." David held her hand and then left from there...

"Don't worry dear. We will find a way to save your mother. I will never let them ruin your life" David cupped Leila's face and kissed her forehead.

"Dad, I need to do something. I will be back soon" Lelia left from there quickly.

"I am sure, Liam will find out a way. I have to meet him now," Lelia muttered to herself, then started the car.

Opening the door Lelia entered the house in hurry so she failed to notice the familiar high heels beside the shoes of Liam.

When she reached the living room, the color of her face drowned when she heard the noise.

Her body started trembling.

"It is not true." Taking trembling steps, she peeked into the bedroom, and at that moment, her whole world changed. The land under her feet started going away.

Lelia could not believe that her boyfriend Liam was with her cousin's sister Lilly. They were making out. Liam's back was facing her but Lilly spotted Lelia and smirked at her.

“We love each other. Why don’t you break up with bitch? Don't tell me you are going marry her because of the stupid enegament” Lilly asked in a seductive voice. She was taking deep breaths.

“Don’t mention her name when we are making love. And I would rather stay single than marry that fool.” Liam was so annoyed hearing her name that he bit her neck, and she moaned in pleasure.

Lilly was very happy as she got the answer she wanted. “You are right. She is the daughter of a maid. She and her family are ashamed of our family. Grandpa abandoned them long ago. But they keep living here like street dogs. No way, even our dog holds a more important position in our family than her family does. There is nothing good in her?”

"Right," Liam held her waist and thrust harder, which made her scream and moan his name while smiling at Lelia.

Lelia stood in front of the door, listening to everything in the room. Her tired eyes turned cold as she understood what was going on.

She had come here for help. But everything turned upside down.

Angelia, her mother, suddenly fainted. When the doctor checked her, they found out she was diagnosed with brain cancer five months ago. She needed an operation within a week right away. They were working hard for the medical bills but the operation cost was beyond their capacity. As they had to gather the money to pay for the operation, they went to James, but he demanded Lelia's life in exchange.

Lelia rushed to her boyfriend as he was her last hope, but to make her situation worse, her cousin's sister hooked up with her boyfriend. Lelia felt her life was falling apart. She felt she had been living in the last two years.

The purse falls on the floor, making a noise. Liam turned back and became shocked. He put on his pants and got out of bed.

"Oh, no. Lelia. It is not what you are thinking. We love each other. Liam did not want to cheat on you. Please do not get mad at him" Lilly pleaded with fake tears.

"Honey, don't cry. Let me handle it." Liam wiped her tears.

"You don't need to shed crocodile tears. You have this low-class man all yourself. I don't like tainted things. Even food is delicious. I will not eat dog leftovers," Lelia spoke up in a cold voice.

Lilly was so furious. He fisted her hand. Her nails sank into her flesh. She wanted to see Lelia crying, begging for Liam's love. But Lelia threw Liam to her like he was a piece of dirt.

"What the hell you are saying? Watch your tongue. Don't try to act proud. It was Liam who dumped you. You meant nothing to him" Lilly pulled the quilt to cover her body.

"Listen, I didn't want you to find out like this, but... let's break up," Lelia cut him off and took off the ring and threw it near her feet.

"Pick it up. Oh, sorry, I have forgotten you had the habit of picking up other things. You two are a perfect match," Lelia said and left from there.

Lilly was trembling in anger. "Did you see the bitch's attitude" Lilly tried to hold Liam's hand but he pushed her away and entered into the washroom.

Coming out of the building Lelia called her father, "Dad, I am ready to marry him"
