The indebted catacomb looked like a maze where no one knows the way around or out. Abigail was practically lost. At least, she managed to hide from the immortal souls. Not that she could hide for long. The souls was capable of tracking someone through their scent. Cyrus sat on his throne there in the throne hall and he relaxed feeling lazy. His actions right now portrays that he had finally misguided his subordinates, or he had extended a huge sum of income to the country's economy. Or, probably, asked them to pay tax or fine for the production of few commodities. His kingdom wasn't supposed to live that way. Imploring the people of certain town to pay dues and fines in order to be able to participate in a particular duty. The kingdom's Monarchy was bent on letting the subjects know who rules, solve problem of the kingdom as a whole, not taking fines or dues which the king Cyrus and implored to gain more wealth and accessories. That was plot one, laying in place. Zeres now could smell victory from a distant. He had never felt so proud of his plans but today's own was an exception. Cyrus had fear, Zeres could practically feel the king being so battered within himself. Words couldn't describe what fear Zeres had invoked into the king.If Ezekiel had not involved his mother. Kidnapping her and using her as bait for his throne, Cyrus would have not minded the threat. He would only think Zeres was bluffing. Of a truth, if Cyrus had not shown any fear, Zeres had already made up his mind to start the backup plan. And since this plan worked so well, the backup plan would be kept in with the others so as to make their attack much sturdier and strong. Zeres felt much at peace.
