AFTER A MONTH

It's been a month since Jessica and Edwin started dating, and their relationship is getting stronger. Jessica had been conferring about introducing him to her parents one of these days.

Jessica was in the office working on some documents assigned to her by Edwin, and it was almost closing time.

Hearing footsteps towards her, she raised her head to see Edwin, who had prepared to go home early because he was going to his family villa tonight to talk things out with her mum, who insisted he must date the girl she introduced to him.

" Babe, I want to be on my way right now, are you going to see me tonight?" Edwin said as he checked his wristwatch.

" No, I want to make sure to finish this document, you know tomorrow is Roy's birthday, and I will have to do some shopping," Jessica said with a smile.

" Can't you order online?" Edwin said with wide eyes.

" Not after my last experience, I will have to go myself, then from there, get my hair done at the salon," Jessica explained
