Chapter Twenty-four

It's past midnight. Eugene and I were already on the bed in the hotel where we were staying. I stretched my arms tighter around Eugene's body as we discussed getting a new housekeeper.

"I think a younger one is better because the twins are getting more and more energetic as they grow; Nay Perla used to get tired immediately taking care of the boys even if they were still babies," I said, my eyes fixed on his growing beard.

"All right, let's do it," he said, kissing my temple and pulling me in closer.

"When are we going home?" I asked. I get out of his embrace and lie down on the bed properly because I'm tired.

"Tomorrow," he replied, hugging my body from behind as I tossed to the other side.

"All right, let's do that..." I said sleepily, hugging his arm in my body.
