LOGINEliza grimaces, she’s having a panic attack, now? She’d just gotten herself calm again. She closes her eyes and works through the five things; she opens her eyes and lifts her head to scan the room. Okay, you’ve done this enough times before. Five things you can see, four things you can hear, three things you can feel, two things you can smell, one thing you can taste or imagine tasting. Kai frowns as he watches her,
“Baby, what’s wrong?” She’s about to explain when Sol pops into the room, and she gasps and grabs for the duvet to cover herself.
“Sol! Fuck, I’m naked here. You’re a creepy grandpa just so you know.” He grins, Ash and Kai glare at him and help her to hide herself from the God. “At least they can see you this time.” Her hands are shaking, and Ash holds her close. Rubbing her arms and Kai cuddles her back as she leans into Ash’s arms. Sol holds up his hands as she manages to
Eliza nods and pulls a bowl of porridge towards her and some fruit; she dumps the fruit into the porridge and begins. She looks weak still, but manages the bowl without needing help. She grabs the last cinnamon roll and pulls it apart to eat. Then more fruit and some yoghurt. After that she sits back in the chair with her eyes closed.“Thank you, Angel.” Kai smiles and he pulls her in for a kiss. “Thank you. You have given me three babies, and all the love I’ve ever needed or wanted.” He nods and sniffs, “I love you Malachi Wild.”“I love you, Eliza Wellsong.” She smirks but shakes her head. “What?” But she just shakes her head again, now with a cheeky grin and turns to Ash.“Thank you, Sweetie.” He smiles and leans in for his kiss. “The same as him.” He laughs and nods. “I love you Asher Wild.”“And I love you too, Eliza… Wild?” She gr
“Hey, Honey.” Ash kisses Eliza’s temple, and she sags into his side. He wraps an arm around her and helps her to the chair nearby. “Okay.” He kneels in front of her and she whines reaching towards the bed. He nods and moves the chair even closer, and brings the bed down a bit so she can see the babies. She croons at them, stroking their heads. Serena takes them one at a time and weighs them, measures them and takes the thread off their ankles. She cleans them puts on a nappy, a footed onesie, and a coloured hat. The first is the girl, and has a pink hat.“Galateia Marla Wild.” She says, cradling her to her chest, as Serena moves on to the next one. Ash strokes her cheek gently, and she scrunches up her squidgy face, rubbing at it with her fists. She was perfect, and squeaks gently. “Hi baby girl. Hi Teia.” Eliza croons softly, and rocks her gently. The next is in a red hat, and Ash helps her to hold the both of them
Ash comes to stand by Kai. Eliza whimpers and he nods and turns to Serena,“What can we do?” Serena looks around the room.“Clean towels, then at least we can wrap them up. One of you get in behind her so she can sit up more. It’ll help get them out quicker, I hope.” Ash goes for the bathroom and Kai lifts her shoulders so he can get in behind her, and pulls her into his arms. She rests her hands on his knees, and groans as the next contraction hits her. He rubs her back, and hums soothingly.“Why here?” She whimpers, “Where he had me… I don’t like this.” She shakes her head, and Kai rests his head against hers,“I don’t like this either, but it’s happening. I love you, Baby. You’ve got this. Forget him, remember your mother. The stories, the late-night cuddles. All of the good stuff, yeah? Forget him, he’s not worth remembering.” She nods, and Serena co
Emmaline leans down into Eliza’s face,“I don’t care about your opinion Deary, you’ll be dead soon enough. But I get to keep your daughter, so she’ll have a me as a mother at least.” Eliza growls and slaps the woman as hard as she can.“You will not have my children, any of them. They are mine.” Emmaline just backs up and rubs at her face, still smiling that wicked smile of hers, that unnerves her. She tilts her head,“Upstairs, you know where, unless you want to give birth in front of all these men?” Eliza huffs, and struggles to stand,“As long as I can go to the toilet on the way.” Emmaline nods, and Eliza heads to the stairs. “This is going to take me a minute.” Emmaline walks away to the basement stairs,“Behave, or he’ll suffer.” Eliza raises an eyebrow and gestures to her now huge stomach, Emmaline sighs, “Fine, but don’t take to
She’d been having a nightmare; it had felt so real, though. She remembers getting out of bed, and Kai and Ash’s faces as they’d realised, she wasn’t in control of her body or voice any more. She was glad they’d known, but then Seth had accompanied her out the front door and helped her into the van. She’s now surrounded by Vampires and Witches. Then her mind gets foggy, like she can’t quite remember what happened after that, and had passed out at some point. She’d woken to hear Emmaline on the phone to Noemi, hearing everything she’d said, and is appalled. Then she passes out again for a while, but is woken again by the pain. There’s so much pain now, but at least the Witch has vanished from her mind now. Seth looks shocked but also too scared to do anything. She grips his forearm as she groans as her stomach stretches further. He pulls her to his side, and rubs her arm, it’s comforting.“I know you
Dom turns the volume down when it goes quiet, Kai slams his fist into the table, denting the wood, and making a few of the others jump. He sighs,“Damn it all. This keeps happening.” He sits, and Ash goes and sits next to him, putting a hand on his shoulder. “Why does she keep getting taken?” He sobs, and Ash pulls him into his shoulder. Their father sits on Kai’s other side, resting a hand on his other shoulder.“We get her back, and we don’t wait this time.” Eddie nods,“Yes, Sir.” Eddie turns to study the camera feeds and Charlie takes control of the room.“Okay, in her absence, I’m in charge. We get my sister back. Today.” There’s a murmur of assent around the room. “Benny is on his way in too, he’ll be here shortly. Serena will be with you two.” She points at Ash and Kai, “You will be going for our girl and she’ll be your medic if needed.
