LOGINHecate seems upset, and paces the room.
“Sol’s so sure he’s doing the right thing, and it’s not with ill intent, but still.” Kai sits on the sofa.
“So, she’s with Sol, so she’s comparatively safe.” She nods, “But remaining with him is going to be detrimental eventually?” She nods, “Can you call him so we can talk to him? Or would he ignore you, knowing you want him to let her go?” She sighs, and sits next to him,
“I don’t think he will listen to me anymore; I’ve worn out his patience at the moment. I need to get to her. She can persuade him even if I can’t.” Kai puts his head in his hands, and she puts a hand on his shoulder. “I won’t give up on her. I promise you this.” He nods.
“Thank you, Hecate.” Merlin has come around to stand by the lounge, Kai looks up at him. Merlin is in awe of the woman, &ldq
“I think it is, Kai and I both do.” Ash rounds the end of the stairs and sees the chaos her crafting has wrought on Merlin’s usually clean basement, he looks worried and she comes over to him, he takes her hands. She furrows her brows at him, feeling the worry building. “It’s not bad, as such. But it is something we haven’t told you, that we probably should have. But it wasn’t necessary before.” She raises an eyebrow at him, with a soft smirk,“And now it is?” He sighs, he was worrying her now,“I’m explaining poorly. Please, come with me.” She nods and he leads her upstairs, and nods at Kai who joins them. Ash hands her his coat. “Do you trust us?” She nods, seeing Serena and Connor looking at them, but ignores them for the moment. “There is something that we can do, that we haven’t shown you, and we feel like you should see it.” She nods, and pulls his coat on.
Merlin waves a hand, and a book flies into his waiting hand from the basement, the door opening and shutting again as it does. It falls open and he shows Jessie the page.“A Djinn, or Genie. Depending on where you’re from, is normally considered an evil creature, not a person. I know better, this is my own research on them. They are a unique race of beings, with almost God-like powers. They are known as wish granters, and it’s often said that they do grant wishes, but only in a way to harm the person making the wish. But the outcome is more often based on the person doing the wishing.” She narrows her eyes at him,“But they can’t be evil, I know Carlos isn’t. He’s my friend.” Merlin nods,“No race is entirely evil. There are bad eggs, so to speak, in every race and creed. And the bad ones are more often spoken of as a warning to those who don’t know better.” She nods, and he smiles at her, &
Ash looks at Eliza for a moment more, then nods,“Okay, let’s go back downstairs.” She nods and grunts as she stands,“Just so you know, Kai didn’t get his end away. He made mine go very far away, but he’s one behind you.” Ash chuckles and kisses her, pulling her body as close to his as he can. “I love you, Ash. All of you, every little piece. It’s not just about the sex, but I do love that too.” He nods,“That’s a better answer.” She chuckles and kisses his cheek,“Now, please distract the kids, so I can make you and Kai your gifts without you seeing them until they’re finished.” He nods,“Done.” She takes his hand and they walk back downstairs. Jessie runs up to him,“Uncle Ash, can we go build a snowman army outside? Please?” She bats her eyelashes and he grins,“As long as you wra
They appear outside, he hears the soft whoomph of people landing in snow, and goes to the door. Danny and Jessie run to him, and he quickly lifts Danny into a hug, and takes Jessie’s hand leading them to the fire. Claire goes to the kitchen and starts making hot chocolate for everyone. Vali and Eddie were sitting in the lounge chatting when Jessie walks up to Vali, and he starts.“Children?” Ash raises an eyebrow,“Yes, two of them. They’re here for Christmas. That little bundle of energy is Jessie, and this is Danny. Eliza is their aunt. And Charlie,” He points over his shoulder, “Is their mother.” Vali follows his finger, then his mouth drops open, and he whispers, so low he wasn’t sure anyone else would have heard it,“My word, she’s beautiful.” Ash taps his knee gently, he looks up at him,“Assassin, Eliza’s sister, and still in mourning after losing her husband. Kai looks over Eliza’s shoulder, resting a hand on her waist,“Woah, that’s a nifty little thing.” She nods,“Dom is a wonder.” He chuckles, “I forgot to charge it too often, so he made me a super-fast charger. They became a part of the standard mission kits shortly afterwards.” He kisses the top of her head, and she turns it on, dropping the charger into the bag and shoving the phone into her bra. “Right, back downstairs.” They exit the lift and Kai drops the bag off with Merlin, who raises an eyebrow but smirks as they walk on to Dim’s office.Dim and Dom are both in here, and they stand up taller when she enters. Dim inclines his head and goes over to two duffle bags towards the back of the room.“These are your weapons, and a few things that Connor mentioned after our meeting this morning.” She smirks and nods.“Thanks, Dim.” Dom holds out the cloned phone
Kai growls appreciatively and nods. Eliza releases his arm and leans back more, spreading her legs as far as they can go. He shakes his head slightly and adjusts himself to slide his whole hand into her. She can feel all of his fingers as they curl inside her, she jerks a little and he puts his free hand on her hip,“Don’t fall off, Baby.” She whines, and nods, trying to grind on him but can’t he’s too deep and his wrist is too thick. It feels so fucking good though, and she tries to relax as he continues. The pressure in her core is building fast and she grips the edge of the counter groaning, “That’s it, good girl, you’re taking this so well. If I’d known we could have been doing this, I’d have fisted you before this.” He makes a fist inside her, and adjusts so he can move more.He starts slowly, pulling out a bit then going back in. After a minute of this he’s gliding easily, her arousal lubrica
