James woke up to find Elizabeth in his bed. He was half sure he was still asleep, dreaming. But once he was sure he was awake - she wouldn't have had clothes on if it had been his dream - James almost couldn't contain his elation. She'd been running for hours, resting when she needed. Her old territory wasn't too far from the council, just a full day's travelling with wolf speed.
