Eliana:

Never in my life did I have to fight the urge to punch someone in the face as much as I did now.

Looking at Lorenzo who smiled at me, I clenched my fists as I entered the dining room alongside my husband and kids.

The man who has kept a whole life hidden from me.

A man who has sold my own mother to James, claiming that he loved her.

The man who broke her soul and heart as he made her hate her own daughter.

A woman who was supposed to be a queen was a slave of her own thoughts, mind, and pain, and the main cause of that was Lorenzo.

Flashback:

“Lorenzo is who sold our mother to James, Eliana. He wasn’t forced to, and he didn’t need to. He just sold her after an argument they had. To stop him from feeling the guilt, he sent me away with a nanny to take care of me” Leonardo said looking me in the eye “he told me that you were the one who killed her, or more specifically, you were the reason behind her death. Seeing you now, I don’t think that you were the reason behind her death”
