CHAPTER 41: Bruised?

The most baffling part of everything is I didn't have trouble on the inside of me when it came to Thane as I had with Mariano. I left the gym instantly without Thane seeing me and made my way to the counselling program; although it had almost ended, I sat there any way to hear what was left to be said.

It was my off day at work, so I just stayed home and watched my favourite therapist online. I made myself hot chocolate and some sandwiches which I munched on hungrily. I brought out my favourite book, a self-help book.

Scanning through reading out a passage from the book we were given at the counselling program I attended the previous day, I was in the middle of that when a message popped up from Thane, I opened it, and to my utter bewilderment, he had sent me a picture of himself half naked!
