My throat feels parched. I claw at it for some relief, it does not come. A heavy sigh slips past my lips, knowing that I had to get up and get water.

But my bed felt even softer than I remember, my pillows even fluffier.

My throat hurt when I try to swallow, as if pushing me to get up, and get out.

Peeling my eyes open,

“Don't try to sit up at once.”

I sit up immediately, my head felt like it was cracked open. I hiss through my teeth.

I shut my eyes tightly with my head in my hands.
