Everyone looked at Akira as if they were waiting for her to make a judgment. She became the center of everyone's attention, like the culprit waiting for the Judge's Ruling.

However, Akira concentrated only on Tristan and made his seat beside her.

“Listen to me, son, I know you are smarter than your age shows. So I hope you would understand what I'm about to tell you, okay?" Akira said gently to Tristan, who nodded his head in obedience.

"The thing is... I promised your biological mother that I would reunite you with her family after the truth about her kidnapped and murder comes out.

So, I would rather not break that promise, honey. In fact, not a single day went by without me thinking of all that I promised your biological mother, which I have already fulfilled half of it.

So-- I think you should call Mr. and Mrs. Brown your grandpa and grandma. They are really your grandparent. And I mean your biological grandparent from your mom's side.” Akira said softly to make the boy understand
